Our FotoSets are pre-designed, customizable photography solutions. Included in each are all the finishing touches you would expect such as retouching, accurate color, motion graphics and design elements.

Each FotoSet has a unique vibe to it and each has customization options that make the creative possibilities endless. Choose a FotoSet as your starting point, then customize it to make it fit your brand.

Choose a FotoSet and complete the order form for each image you want photographed. Add it to your shotlist/cart when you are finished.

Follow the emailed instructions on how to drop off or ship your product to the FotoSets studio. We will photograph your products and then upload them to a personal image gallery shop.

Once photographed, your images will always be waiting for you in your FotoSets links on your account page.

There are no up front fees to order images. You purchase individual images from your personal FotoSets gallery shop when your order is ready. Each FotoSet has a set price per image. Only buy images you love!

If you are shipping product you will be responsible for shipping charges.

Your library of images will always be available on your Account page so you can come back and purchase images anytime.

Basically anything that isn’t listed in the “What can NOT be photographed at FotoSets” answer. Some common products that are perfect for FotoSets are:

Anything that is larger than 18 inches in any dimension. Anything that is living or perishable. Clothing. Anything that is copyrighted. Any artwork of which client is not the originator. Anything that FotoSets deems illegal or inappropriate.

You must create an account and be signed in to create a shot list. Your images will be delivered to you in a gallery that you access by logging into the FotoSets website and going to the account page.

When you log in to the FotoSets website you will see your FotoSets shot lists ordered by date on your account page. Click on any of them to be taken to the gallery for that shotlist.

Your image galleries will always be accessible from your FotoSets account page so you can always return and download images later.

This depends on when we receive your package of products and props. We will let you know via email when your package has been received and your order will be placed into the shooting schedule. Your images will typically be ready in 2-3 business days and you will receive a link to your image gallery where you can purchase individual images.

When you order images from FotoSets you specify how each image should be photographed. When you finish this process for each image you add it to your shot list. You can think if it as your shopping cart of images that you want.

We will shoot at least one image for each item on your shot list but chances are we will shoot a couple, or even several depending on the situation. You can then make your picks and purchase the ones you like best.

All FotoSets images are the result of a photographic, retouching, and color correction process. We do light cleanup for dust and other distracting elements. We use industry standard color balance techniques to make sure that your products come out looking like they are supposed to.

Yes! Complex retouching requests are handled by our sister company K/POST Media. You can request a retouching estimate by contacting us directly.

All payments for FotoSets are handled securely by Stripe.

We highly recommend supplying your own props if you are looking to make your images unique to you and your brand. Props can provide brand context and generally make any product image stand out more.

If you are after standard product shots for a store or website you may not want any props interacting with the products. Either way all of the FotoSets are designed to look good with or without props. We got you covered.

We will use our best judgement and follow all client instructions when we style your images with your chosen props. We will style liquids with glassware and ice, and/or condensation and garnish for no extra charge.

We do not offer any complex prop styling such as, hand models, rigging, custom lighting, smoke/fog, liquid environments etc… Try achieving some of these effects with our custom background options. 

We try to honor all reasonable styling requests but if the requests are too complicated we may have to provide a custom quote for your images.

In order for FotoSets to ship your product back to you we need a paid shipping label sent to us at coolpics@fotosets.co.

Yes! We recommend sending at least 2 of everything that you need shot. That way if something happens to one, we already have the other. This is especially true if you want your product open and displayed in a dish or cup etc.

Chances are that you know how to ship your product already but here are some tips to make your package durable. Make sure to use some sort of padding such as crumpled kraft paper or compostable packing peanuts. Make sure that the box is packed full so when it closes nothing moves and the products are surrounded by packing material.

Still images are always JPG files. Any moving images will be delivered as a GIF image file. Cutouts will be delivered as a PNG file with full transparency. All images will be sRGB color profile.

All Fotosets images are 3000x3000 pixels.

We try to keep the product centered within the image so horizontal and vertical crops can me made.

We do not offer higher resolution images.
